Great Crowds, Great Run

Wow, but the traffic was thick in places. Right around Eau Claire, at the end of the Jaipur Bridge, it's almost impossible to run because of the people. Even the walkers have to dodge and weave. I love it.

I really like the loop from Edmonton Trail (actually called the Langevin Bridge) to 14th Street (actually called the Metawa Bridge.) It's a great distance, and a fun and scenic run. With the trees leafed out and the sun shining, it's just lovely.

Distance: 10.57 km. Time: 55:48. Average speed: 11.4 kph.

Shoes: Saucony Grid Phoenix (Yellow) A.

Weather: Sunny and 20C.

The Calgary Marathon is still in 37 days.
