Not much to say about today's run. I was solo and went east to Edmonton Trail to cross the river, then west to 14th Street to cross back and return. Started at Sein Lok Park, and ended at the Eau Claire Y.

Distance: 7.01 km. Time: 38:46. Average speed: 10.9 kph.
Weather: Mostly cloudy and 4C. Maybe it was the cloud and the cold breeze, but it seemed like the energy just wasn't there today, like every one was slogging through one more noon hour run. Or I could be having an off day.
