Everyone who works downtown has the day off today, except Byron, poor sod. So we met up for a run to the zoo and back. Lovely day for it, and everything is feeling just fine after that hard push on New Year's Eve. Even the cold had backed off, so I didn't get the hard hacking cough afterwards like the other night.

Distance: 7.47 km. Time: 43:20. Average speed: 10.3 kph.
Weather: Mostly cloudy and 1C. The chinook arch is holding just west of the city. Just stellar weather for this time of year.
