This weather just isn't letting up. It's great! In fact, it was nice enough for shorts and T-shirt. Lot's of people out on the paths, too.
Did the reverse Crowchild run today. No one out to meet me, so it was a solo run as well.
Today's run:
Distance: 7.74 km. Time: 41:11. Average speed: 11.3 kph.
Weather: Mainly sunny and 7C. The weatherman is saying it won't last, though. By Sunday, we'll be back with sub-zero highs.
