A Blistering Pace

Well, not really. The pace was OK, but the blister developed toward the end of my run on Sunday, and it's still a little tender.

Anyway, Byron and I headed into a stiff headwind out to Crowchild and back. Lovely day due to the chinook winds, but not a lot of people out. Maybe it was because we were a little late getting out there, because of my memory lapse. I managed to leave my gear in a Starbucks this morning, and had to run down to retrieve it. At least I got a little bit of a warm up in that.

Today's run:
Distance: 8.07 km. Time: 43:37. Average speed: 11.1 kph.

Weather: Mainly sunny and 6C, but windy, from the west at 48 kph, gusting to 68 kph. Those gusts definitely slow you down on occasion.
