River Loop

Nice run tonight. I found my easy loping pace and actually had some pretty good times, and it was a beautiful evening for running, or even just being outside, what with the spectacular sunset with the silhouette mountain horizon, and the warm temperature.

Tonight I went down Edmonton Trail to the river path along Memorial Drive, across the river under the C-Train bridge near the 10th Street bridge, then back along the promenade to the Centre Street bridge, and up that to 8th Avenue and home. Lots of people out running, too, especially on the promenade side of the river.

Today's run:
Distance: 7.07 km. Time: 40:15. Speed: 10.5 kph.
Rest distance: 399.1 m. Rest time: 4:00.
Total distance: 67.47 km. Total time: 45:15.

Weather: Mainly clear and -4C.
