Go Hard on Cresent Drive

Can't stay away from Cresent Drive. It's got such a beautiful view of the downtown, and the mountains against the sunset. Lots of other runners can't stay away either, cuz we're all over the place along there.

It was a long, hard day, after a long hard day that was supposed to be a statutory holiday (Alberta's Family Day). Work just sucked today, way too much running back and forth and dealing with annoyed people (who had reason to be annoyed, by the way). Bleah.

I was late getting home, but just changed and went, and just pushed the stride as far as it felt comfortable pushing, so I had good times on all intervals.

Today's run:
Distance: 6.43 km. Time: 36:00. Speed: 10.7 kph.
Rest distance: 325.3 m. Rest time: 3:25.
Total distance: 6.76 km. Total time: 39:25.

Weather: Mainly sunny and -1C, except the sun had pretty much set by the time I got out there. Beautiful evening, and a fun run.
