Pushing It

Just one of those days, ya know? Stuff getting on my nerves, things bugging me.

So I just threw on the running clothes, and went. No intervals, just go. Slow warm up for 9 minutes, one minute walk, then run to the end.

Today's run:
Distance: 9.59 km. Time: 61:07.15. Speed: 9.4 kph.

Weather: Partly cloudy and 2C.

Feel better now. Some.
