I finally managed to get out at noon, when everyone else is out. Last week, it was pretty dead, being the holiday week. Today, it's almost like the downtown is pretty much back to work. I think I've mentioned how much I like running when there are lots of people around.
I ran to Crowchild and back again. I'm really beginning to enjoy that loop. It's a great distance, and it takes a decent amount of time. I like that The Path Under The Stairs is at the end of it, for that final calorie burn. It's a pretty comfortable run.
