Hopefully I can find some discipline now. I've been slacking and it's beginning to show. I'm beginning to avoid mirrors.
It was a little cold and I wasn't sure where the wind was coming from or how much. It turned out not too bad, a light breeze from the west.

So I started writing this right after the run, but of course thing come up, yada, yada, and two days later I'm finally getting back to it. No idea what I was going to write.
